My mind just went "Bloodcarver feels a twinge of guilt but Dis Pater says Michelle is to stay with him. The two eventually come to terms. One/they try to talk to Dis who wants it back like the old times and will take no compromises. Bloodcarver decides to try and help Michelle escape (again) but the portals are blocked by Dis. They have to travel to inner circles to try and get out, Bloodcarver hides and Michelle tries to come up with a solution along with the others..." that's where my mind stops. Probably fanfic, but who knows.
