She got roped in by some enchanting song in a dungeon, and her clothes, belt included, got morphed into that revealing outfit by the same magic. The belly piercing is indeed made of the same gemstones that imbue the belt with its power. Considering the already apparent physical changes, it seems that those gems have been retuned by the song, now in the process of altering her physical body rather than protecting it.
