[B] - Modern Exteriors 1 (Patreon)

This pack is a little smaller than our previous packs, but it contains just the same amount of love as the rest. Can't quite make each pack near 1000 assets. We hope to update this one in the future as the category is quite large. For now we hope this covers enough of the previous poll wishes to satisfy you fellas.
