August 2017 Update (Patreon)

I'm still working on the rest of the June commissions and July color scenes. Apologies for the delay, I wasn't feeling well for a couple weeks last month but I've since recovered. I plan to deliver the June pack update and the July pack at the same time around the middle of August, but to make sure I don't get too far behind I'll need to hold off on new public commissions for this month.

Once those deliveries are done, I'll start the July Patreon commissions as planned.

Commission Pricing

I've updated my commission pricing, effective on all new commissions ordered from August onward. Pictures that have already been ordered are not affected.

The prices of higher-end commissions have been increased to better match the amount of time I spend on coloring, while lower-end commissions haven't changed much since I want them to remain affordable for my usual customers.

New values are in bold.

• Sketch: $30->$35 per character, $10 per alt version
• Flat Color Sketch: $40->$45 per character, $15 per alt version
• Cel Shaded Sketch: $50->$65 per character, $20 per alt version
• Full Color Sketch: $65->$85 per character, $25->$30 per alt version
  
• Inks: $45->$50 per character, $15 per alt version
• Flat Color Inks: $55->$60 per character, $20 per alt version
• Cel Shaded Inks: $65->$80 per character, $25 per alt version
• Full Color Inks: $80->$100 per character, $30->$35 per alt version

SKETCH PACKS

The upper limit for Sketch Packs was always 6 poses total, but I realized that the wording may have been misleading. I fixed this in my comm info.

• Sketch Pack: $75->$90 for 3 poses (single character), $25->$30 per extra pose (max 6->3)
• Flat Color Sketch Pack: $90->$120 for 3 poses (single character), $30->$40 per extra pose (max 6->3)

CHARACTER SHEETS

• Cel Shaded Character Sheet: $120->$150 for 2 views, $60->$75 per extra view, $25 per headshot/prop
• Full Color Character Sheet: $150->$190 for 2 views, $75->$95 per extra view, $30->$35 per headshot/prop

EXTRAS

From now on, I'll breaking backgrounds into these tiers with flat pricing based on complexity instead of coloring style. I'm working on some examples for the Commission Form to make background selection easier.

• Graphic/Pattern BG->Simple BG: $10
• Cel Shaded BG->Normal BG: ($15-$30)->$40
• Full Color BG->Complex BG: ($25-$50)->$80
• Organized PSD: $2

Patreon Tiers

Minor increase to the max commission value for Gold patrons.

• Gold ($30): $5 Discount, $90->$100 max value

Sketch Request Upgrades

I switched back to a lower pricing for Sketch Request Upgrades. The first upgrade to any Sketch Request comes with a $35 discount (the price of a 1-char sketch). After that, you will only be paying for what you add to the picture!

I've added a "Sketch Request Upgrade" option to the Patreon Commission Form. Use this from now on when you want to upgrade one of your sketch requests. Higher coloring options are still limited to Gold+ patrons for the sake of time.

Finally, I added instructions to the Sketch Request Form so that you don't have to re-submit your old request idea between months so long as you remain a $5+ patron.

To revise your idea you can either re-submit the form with a new idea (only your most recent submission gets counted), or you can hit the "Edit your response" link on the completion page and save the URL. This will bring you back to your filled-out form so you can view and edit your information.
