I figure you guys don't know Shaxx because you have only briefly heard his voice back in the red war at the start. But he is the handler for the Crucible (the pvp part of the game) so he isn't in a huge amount of cut scenes but he is a huge part of the lore, for example as you heard in this he is the reason why Twilight gap was won. You heard about that battle and what happened back in a My name is byf video a little bit ago. Just wanted to give a little insight to who he is since he's personally one of my favorite destiny characters
