If you ever seen Disney's Fantasia, Mr. Hankey is recreating Mickey's scene. He's even wearing a Wizard's hat. If you chose to side with the Elves, you would have fought with Butters instead. Before you recruit the girls there are some buddy quests you can do. If you wish to go back to the Elven Forest (Kyle's backyard) and talk to Stan and Jimmy to receive their quests. BTW I asked Vivi if I should warn you about the sex part, but she insisted that I didn't. Should I warn you about any more very mature parts in the future (it won't be like a spoiler warning, it'll be like; BTW there's a very graphic scene that may need censoring in the future).
