The title is in reference to song called "its all over but the crying" The unstoppables are basically a knock off of DC/marvel characters. Grognak is inspired by conan like ken suspected. The "overboss" who killed all the raiders is the main character in Fallout 4 and the storyteller stuck them in the game starting them off in nuka world.
