Here we go. About Shikamaru, he's very lazy, but he has an IQ of 200. He doesn't like working but he's always 10 steps ahead of you. Legend is that Hidan is still in that hole. About Asuma's words to Ino. There is some context missing as Ino and Sakura are competing over Sasuke, Asuma just means to stop chasing fantasies, Sasuke has never noticed her. Sakura might be the strongest Kunoichi (female ninja) in terms of strength, but Ino is also strong because of her clan's jutsu. Not sure if I should spoil it as they'll showcase it later. Basically Sakura is good at some things like medical jutsu and strength alone, but Ino is strong at other things as well, so she should focus on HER strengths, not someone else's. About Kakashi seeing Minato in Naruto. Kakashi can see Minato in Naruto, not literally, but his actions. Never giving up, never backs down, and well, more showing that Naruto is indeed Minato's son. Kakuzu, immortal but not for the reasons you believe. He's immortal because he steals hearts to expand his life. Those masks are his spare hearts, each of them can shoot a different element, lightning, fire, wind, and water. Also his body is made of thread, because he preformed a jutsu that transforms your body to thread. That's what all the black stuff is. He can stitch his body back together and those threads can Pierce you to steal your organs and add them to his own body to further extend his life. The only way to kill him is by destroying the masks/hearts. Naruto was able to do that thanks to the Wind style: Rasenshuriken which messes you up on a molecular level, so he easily destroyed Kakuzu's 5 hearts. To note Kakashi actually finished off Kakuzu, but that was changed for the game.

Sakura and Ino are rivals in ninjutsu and in love. Sakura and Ino both are romantically interested in the same type of men - the brooding emo type such as Sasuke and Sai. When Asuma said to not let her Sakura beat her, he meant to not be concerned with getting with who Sakura does or doesn’t like and to go all out in her romantic like and get who she wants without worrying on if Sakura wants the same guy or not.

Those masks on kakuzu's back are basically his hearts. So the reason he's so strong was because they need to kill him five times before he's really dead. During that fight kakashi manage to destroy two of his hearts before kakuzu start overpowering him and then naruto destroy the remaining three

For future reference, just know that you guys are missing *LOTS* of context, interesting tidbits, scenes and characters from the anime (Part 1, especially) whenever a situation like the “Ino/Sakura Rivalry” inevitably happens again. Chalk it up to “they skipped over that (for some reason).” And also, throughout the entire game, there will be “unknown unknowns.” Like I can tell you this because it was established in Part 1, but I haven’t seen it brought up in the games yet of this recent playthrough I’ve been watching (story mode, at least). It’s that Gaara’s two buds (Kankaro and Temari) are his siblings. Not “super” important info for the games’ story, but it’s stuff like that.

Sakura an Ino were friends as children until they started competing over Sasuke. Since then they have been rivals in pretty much everything they do. Sadly this isn't really shown too much in the game's cutscenes since a lot of their rivalry occurs while they were still children.

True, we will keep that in mind. But still bring up the questions we would like answered for more context like with Ino and Sakura rivalry. Which we got thankfully and that can help inform us going forward if it comes up again. 😊

Unfortunately the game cutout a lot of the emotion and badassary of the Atastuki suppression arc i can guess you guys are super busy but if you guys have some free time watch Naruto Shippuden 81-88. It right after Asuma died and the immediate afterMath. imo the anime did this better than the manga. Especially episode 82. If you do watch it bring tissues.
