This is where the show starts to get a little more Game of Thronesy, in a good way. All the characters have some great interactions and I look forward to the rest.

It's been a while since I watch the show, but the priest mentioned the wise woman was the one that tipped them off. So it was probably Mrs. Foot Shavings in retaliation to Lisa taking all her customers.

The 'powdered mould' Lisa gave the old lady was likely penicillin. Dracula or Lisa had discovered penicillin almost 500 years before it's recognised date of discovery. Way to protect humanity Bishop. Pretty sad when you consider how much this actually happpened.

The "her" is pretty throwaway, it won't come up again. It was just the old wise woman, the one who was giving people her foot fungus. The Bishop actually mentioned in that scene, when he says to tell the old wise woman she would rewarded with entry into heaven. Basically giving out "indulgences" and "free passes" into heaven, as was standard practice with the Catholic Church at that time (this was the era that led up to Martin Luther and the Reformation).
