The problem in the Star Wars universe and in ours is that people are usually to compliant to what the government does or in other words the ones that do want to do good end up doing nothing because we are stuck in our ways and think we cant make impactful change. Meanwhile the "evil" people dont care what they have to do to accomplish there goals as long as its something good in the end.

Master Yaddle("Mrs Yoda") is who alot of people assume is Grogu's(baby yoda's) mother is because besides Yoda, her and grogu they are the only 3 of there species we see as George lucas and dave filoni decided they wanted to keep Yodas species a secret. but we dont know yet of Grogu's true origins
