If you guys dont remember Angels Boneyard is Los Angels after the bombs, and i believe dayglow is prewar san Diego And yea like i said in a previous comment(but i think you guys were busy before) fallout is a game of multiple choices like in a game like skyrim where you can choose to side with the empire or the nords. Fallout has minor factions, side quests and other major factions where you can make big choices like the ones they argue over that can effect the universe. But there some decisions that get retconned/changed for you even if you had a option to alter them before in older games like the NCR being foced to win, Brotherhood being able to survive, the enclave losing...
