This is my favourite episode of SAO Abridged. Anime, and SAO in particular has a weird thing about romances where a romance will start and almost instantly hit this point where it's the most ideal perfect romance imaginable. Bethany hits the nail on the head, where it does take time to develop that relationship. So SAO Abridged decides to actually take that time and make their romance a insanely broken, manipulative, and flawed teenage romance. It's a really great subversion to the usual anime troupe and works incredibly well.

Fluffles REALLY is sadistic. Remember, that city is probably a safe zone, so you can't die there. But you can feel the pain of being boiled in oil for eternity.

Man, can't believe I nearly missed out on this due to copyright strikes! Oh well, we're here now. Easily the best episode of SAO Abridged. The inner monologue at the start is brilliant.
