I think Yoda’s meaning at the end with slavery being a sign of sith rising is more of a general history statement than anything. All throughout the history of Star Wars the Sith have built empires to challenge the Jedi and those empires were built off the backs of slaves. So generally in Star Wars people would associate slavery with both underworld crime and the Sith themselves
