The "chosen one" the one referenced with the super mutant and cars and oil tanker was the main character in Fallout 2 he/she wiped out the enclave for revenge because they kidnapped members of our village The "Lone Wanderer" is the main character in Fallout 3. He/she sides with the Brotherhood in canon and fights to take down the Enclave. Frank lives on. The Enclave on the Oil Rig was a special case because they had actual leadership set up. and werent very literate. The president in Fallout 2 is modeled after Richard Nixon so think of that lol. There is a instance of a branch of the Enclave going into Civil war. I dont know If story teller has expanded into the story of Fallout 76 but the Soldiers and political leaders at the Whitesprings bunker ended up going into a mini civil war similar to how the Brotherhood of steel originally revolted at Mariposa
