This was Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja 5. The Storm games are sort of a spiritual remake of the original Ultimate Ninja games. But good news is there will be an Ultimate Ninja Storm 5 called Naruto x Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Comnections later this year.

Why you didn't see that many transformations is because this game only covered naruto and like the first 50-60 episodes of shippuden. A lot of the transformations happen towards the middle and end of shippuden.

Oh… Didn’t know… I’ve been kind of out the loop since Boruto… Same with Dragon Ball Super… 😢 I need catch back up for this game and BT4… I can do it!

If you wanna to know more specifics about the powers, abilities and skills(including the non-combat ones) of the main cast of the show, I highly recommend you to go watch “The Konoha 13 EXPLAINED AND RANKED!” by NCHammer 23. He goes into super intricate details about all the abilities of each of the main cast and explains why he ranks each person at the rank that he does. He really knows his stuff and it’ll give you more insight into each character.

Basically if it doesn't have Storm in the title, it's not part of the Storm games. And Shippuden is just when Naruto is now an adult. The OG Naruto anime is just when he's a child.
