That is Goku's original Japanese voice. You can thank Sean Schemmel for Goku's American dubbed voice as well as Christopher Sabat for Vegeta's dubbed voice (or Lanipator, Nick for DBZA). When anime is brought to the states, they can either be subbed (original Japanese VA's with English subtitles) or dubbed (English VA's).

Boa, the one with a slit dress, is more of a neutral alignment character but she will always side with Luffy if possible. She is also a sole to hold her own and never needs anyone to save her, which is a part of why so many ship Luffy and Boa

Fun fact about Hiei. I know Ken likes Sasuke (pronounced Sauce-kay), and Sasuke was inspired by Hiei. If you want to get into it the anime is YuYu Hakusho. There was also a death battle with these two.

So I'm just going to comment on characters you guys don't know about and who I have some knowledge on. Stretch arm strong, sword in mouth guy, hand in pocket kick guy, fat pirate, sexy slit dress lady, fire guy with cane and top hat guy mini macho girl, and fuzzy sword hat guy are all from the pirate anime, One Piece. So the guys who get golden armor are from Saint Seiya, an anime with characters in armor related to constellations. The guy with a fancy sword in black, the guy with the monster arm, the guy with the purple ball, ice sword girl, ice sword guy, stripper kitty's brother, and stripper kitty's sister are from Bleach, where they are basically Grim Reapers. Purple Ball guy was in a Death Battle with Madara (Big fan guy) from Naruto. Rock, Paper, Scissors kid, lightning kid, chain guy, creepy gambit guy, and guy who looks like Cell's and Freeza's love child are from Hunter x Hunter. It's.... complicated. Finger gun guy, too many steroids guy, and black rogue guy are from Yu Yu Hakusho. Never seen it, but it involves demons. Finger gun guy was one of the characters you saw in TFS' Cell Games. Red head samurai and mummy samurai are from Ruroni Kenshin. Guy with the cards and red dragon is Yugi, and the guy with the blue dragon is Kaiba from the card game anime, Yu-Gi-Oh! Yugi appeared in TFS' Cell Games with his deep voice and (temporarily possessed) 14 year old body. The two who love to SMASH are Deku his teacher, All Might, his grenade rival Bakugo, and his other icy hot rival Todoroki are from the "if the justice league went to school" anime, My Hero Academia. TFS did a few abridged videos for them, and All Might, appears in a Death Battle with Guy from Naruto. Highly recommended watch. The kid in black is Asta the magicless kid in an anime about magic, Black Clover. Both he and Deku were in a Death Battle against each other.

Not complaints here. After you picking up from the beginning or Buu Saga? I only watched up to and finished the Cell Saga. Didn’t know Kai did the Buu Saga for a while. It’s so sad TFS couldn’t continue. Still holding out hope they get motivated again. Maybe after they finish reacting to it on their channel lol?

Mini macho girl? I think you got one wrong. Edit: Yeah, I just checked. If you’re talking about that Bisky character, she’s from Hunter x Hunter (not OP). I can’t think of any other characters with that description in this game (from OP).
