Just to clarify not all Mandalorian's have to keep their helmet on. The Mandalorians that keep their faces hidden are only a minority religious cult the Children of the Watch. Death Watch still holds faith in the old warrior ways all Mandalorians once knew before Dutchess Satine's pacifist government took power. They are technically the one's staying faithful to the old Mandalorian traditions. The Mandalorians have tons of different clans, groups and cults with different rules and beliefs.
