Bombad Jedi

Just in case you dont know, the Clonetroopers are not the same as Stormtroopers. Stormtroopers are just regular people conscripted by the Empire most of which are very supportive and patriotic for The Empire and the fall of The Republic. I can't really tell you why Palpatine replaced Clonetroopers with Stormtroopers because that would be spoilers for The Clone Wars and The Bad Batch. You are right when you say people saw The Republic as corrupt, but it is not so black and white. They also saw The Jedi as corrupt too and blame them for the war. That is actually a heavy theme in this show so I can't say too much on this either, but all I can say is it all revolves around Palpatine.

I hate to give you bad news, but the Clones did turn on the Jedi at the end of Episode 3 Revenge of the Sith when Palpatine executed Order 66.
