Part 1 of 2 of our Windblume Festival Event Reaction

Love the reaction! I’d like to suggest something to react to, unrelated to the video. I wasn’t sure where the best place would be to put something like this so let me know if I did it incorrectly. The Aphmau YouTube channel has a ton of cool Minecraft animations, which are basically animated stories either through animation or body acting in Minecraft, or a combination of both. It sounds childish and silly, and some of it is, but this particular channel’s stories touch on some pretty dark themes and intense adult topics. I thought it would be interesting to see your reaction to some of the stories on that channel, such as MyStreet. I know there’s probably a long backlog of things you plan to react to, and I’m not sure if anyone has ever suggested this, but I think it would be fun! Thanks for all the great reactions!

Windblume should realistically be annual event much like the Lantern Rite is the equivalent of Lunar New Years in China. But Windblume only shows up when the devs feel like bringing it up, which is only 2 times at this point. Which makes sense that they would prioritize their own country’s holiday. Now about Windblume itself. I don’t think it’s just about Romance. (Just a heads up that the word “romance” doesn’t just mean love between people, but the sense of mystery or excitement of an adventure.) Windblume is also about the Freedom Monstadt when they overthrew the Tyrant that ruled Monstadt long ago. Meaning it’s also a celebration to for the heroes that fought for Freedom. Like the one you saw in Venti’s backstory cutscene. Oh, and about Lisa’s thing with electrocuting drunkards. She only does so when they annoy her too much and it’s not the type of electrocution you’re thinking of where it’s fatal. I imagine she can control her powers to just knock someone out. Typically in certain anime, when electricity zaps a person, it’s usually done in a comedic fashion where the person gets burnt and stuck in a funny pose. It’s only something you’d get if you watch a lot of comedy anime. There are electrical deaths in anime, but those aren’t comedy focused. Bennett is actually someone you won’t ever get to know unless you did his Hangout event. Hangout events are basically just glorified dating simulators where you get to spend time with a particular character and get to know them more. They always have 5 endings so they can replayed to see all the endings. It’s never been confirmed, but I see the hangout events as confirmation that those particular characters will never have their own story quests. That’s not to say they don’t show up in the main story/event stories. You did just see him not too long ago. But they will never have a quest specifically tailored to them. So I’ll just quickly explain what his deal is. Unlucky kid keeps on getting bad luck, but no matter what happens he keeps on persevering and smiling through the pain. I like him a lot. Looking forward to the last half of Windblume. ❤️🔥 After that, the playlist I updated (the 1.0-1.9 one) should now be in a good order for you. Unfortunately, 2 character quests per main story/event is gonna be the best I can do, because there is a lot more character quests than there are main story ones and some of them ARE tied to the main story so you’ll be lost without them.

It's the first time I've seen the scenes from Windblume Fest. I believe that the poem Kaeya wrote has a deeper meaning, especially since he wrote in hilichurlian. Since I only played the main quest and a few character story quests and some newer events, I don't know who can speak and/or write hilichurlian. There's a little girl in Mondstadt, Ella Musk, who can speak it or is trying to learn, I haven't been paying much attention. I also don't know if Kaeya knows that Venti is Barbatos or not. If this is the case, it could be a hidden message for Venti, or rather Barbatos. I find it strange that Venti first read the poem silently and then read it to the Traveler and Paimon. In my opinion, Kaeya still seems to be hiding a lot. I still remember the thing about the sword, where he said that he inherited the eye patch from his grandfather and that he was a pirate. But none of that was true. But I still wonder if there was some truth behind it. I'm always looking forward to learning more about Kaeya. He's really a mysterious character and I don't know when he's lying and when he's telling the truth. I also wonder if his eye is even more special under the eye patch. His other eye looks special too. In his character trailer (which is also a voice line in the game itself) he also talks about the eye patch. But actually there are a lot of strange characters in Mondstadt. In addition to Kaeya, I think Klee, Bennett, Albedo and Lisa are also not from Mondstadt (but I don't know for sure for all of them). I also still find Mona interesting. The name Fischl seems to be special because there is a book about Princess Fischl in Genshin Impact, but I haven't read it yet. There are also many interesting things to learn about the characters through their voice lines (in the character menu you can listen to voice lines under certain circumstances). Maybe you would like to listen to it too? I can't wait for you to come to Sumeru and Fontaine. I think that's where Genshin really starts to get very interesting, but it's still going to take a while. The new region, Natlan, is coming soon. I'm really looking forward to Natlan too. I hope there will be more good and interesting characters. But even if I don't like a character that much, I want to own all of them in the game. For example, I got Furina yesterday, now only 12 characters are missing (not including Emilie).
