Zoro letting Mihawk strike him is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to proving his resolve.

Dracul Mihawk has always been one of my favorite characters. II do find it funny you relate him to a Musketeer. To me his motif seemed more like Vlad Tepes, with the references to the crosses and the yellow eyes

Wow this episode gave me two new favorite characters both Mihawk and Sanji were amazing, they were so interesting and really hit with me! I also hope we get some hints of Shanks going forward.

When Mihawk was disrespecting Zoro with that tiny knife in the anime version when watching it first time a decades ago, you know Mihawk was in a different league but he earned Zoro’s respect at the end using his big cross sword. Zoro is the best loyal crew trying to prove himself!

Chair Aizen

The guy that walked in who was hungry asking for food when he mentioned the 50 ships and 5,000 men were killed it was mihawk(musketeers).

Something of note, in the One Piece world there people who are extremely strong without the help of a devil fruit. We saw two instances of that this episode, Garp with his ability to throw a cannon ball like he is a cannon and Mihawk's multiple displays of incredible power. So it's not necessarily that you need to eat something like a devil fruit like Luffy to get incredibly strong.

Hate to break it you, Mihawk has no devil fruit powers. He is just that good. Also Sanji is one of my favorite characters, can't wait to see more of him in the live action.

Telling you the kinds of powers that Garp and Mihawk have would be spoiling things, just know that there strong without a devil fruit and the have some kind of power
