Long term consistency & profit margins is always our goal & august is going to be our 3rd profitable month in a row & 20 of the last 24 months with the staking plan.

I’ll have an additional bet for the Tottenham game for Discord when line ups are announced! Tough racing on today overall poor quality, nothing personally standing out from myself or passed on so will be hesitant unless I get a call about 1.

Reasoning 📝

Originally I was looking at over 3.5 cards in the game but for different reasons mentioned below I’ve changed my decision, PSG vs Monaco last few league meetings have seen a few cards handed out, the last 5 H2h league games seen 6, 7, 5, 6 & red, 5 yellows.

PSG have been rather lenient so far this season with just 4 team cards seen in their opening 3 league games overall, while Monaco’s last game seen 4 yellows & a red for their team, & the previous game they also picked up a red card.

Referee tonight is Benoit Bastein last 2 games seen 6 yellows 3 reds & 6 yellows 2 reds 1 of which was French Ligue 1 game Lyon vs Ajaccio

Throughout 2021/22 he handed out 133 cards in 32 games not including 3 reds, average of 4.15 per match, this advised selection above means for Monaco to pick up more team cards than PSG, alternative option would be over 3.5 cards combined in the game but PSG’s recent leniency would be my main concern on that specific market.

Real Madrid have Won 16 of the last 18 meetings against Espanyol, 88.88%, Espanyol are without a Win not only this season but also in their last 9 league games, 5 Losses, 4 draws, 1 of which was a 4-0 Defeat to Real Madrid April 30th, to make things worse for Espanyol in their last league game their centre back Sergi Gomez was sent off picking up a red card & will miss tonight’s game due to suspension, Real Madrid have kept a clean sheet in 10 of their last 12 H2h games vs Espanyol & they’ll look to continue a 4 game win streak tonight, apart from Nacho Fernandez they are travelling with their strongest starting squad.

Straight Win is 15/8 (2.88) but it’s personal preference on angle.

The horse had ‘Ever given’ in behind last time out and there is now a 2lb turnaround in the weights in favour of Happy power so the form should go unchanged. Happy power won this race in 2020 with a bit of cut in the ground as it looks to be set in forecast again today. He ran a very credible 4th in the Lennox stakes and seems to enjoy it around here. He’s got an ideal draw and should bounce out in front and dictate from there. ‘Double or bubble’ has been mainly racing over 6F and I’m not overly sure this 7F will suit he also doesn’t seem to fancy the softer going, I personally think he’ll run out of steam. William Buick on board & is in good form and hopefully should get a good ride from the front.
