Solid 3rd at Fairyhouse April 17th in a grade 1 finishing behind a talented stablemate ‘Brandy Love’ & ‘Love Envoi’, was well favoured last time out at Kilbeggan winning by 22 lengths May 13th, the in form Paul Towend is on board who won 2 of 4 his 4 races yesterday & finished 3rd in the other 2, Willie Mullins has won the last 4 of this race & market support in the exchange is a positive, looks the one to beat on paper.

Currently priced 2nd in the exchange, He fell for us last time out when going odds on in running. He’s got good hurdles form under his belt and made a very satisfactory debut over the larger obstacles when comfortably ahead of Alfa mix and I reckon it’s unlikely that result will be be overturned. Fakiera hasn’t impressed over fences as he did over hurdles and his most recent 2nd rates roughly 12lbs worse than the selections penultimate run. Chinx of light was jumping well the last time out when just reaching for one and falling 1st time ever so I wouldn’t have much concerns about his jumping today.

Drifting out in the exchange this morning would be main concern.

He had a very impressive win here on his penultimate run over track and trip and followed that up with a good run in ascot when cruising 2 out but running too keen and not having enough to get home. He should have learnt from ascot and settle better today. That group 2 form behind Bradsell is working out the best on paper. He’s proven at this level unlike some others in this race who lack the experience. If settle better today he’s in with a great chance on the figures.
