Not only the Europe league final but 1 of the biggest games for both of these teams in their history, originally I had my eye on over 4.5 cards 3 days ago when priced 11/10 (2.10) has now shortened on Bet 365 to 8/11 (1.73), best odds Paddy power 5/6 (1.83), I’ve decided to change my original selection for various reasons, 1st of all interesting stat in the Scottish Premiership this season Rangers are the 2nd most lenient regarding team cards (average of 1.66 team cards per match in 38 games) however teams playing against them in the league have the highest cards average given over 1.5 team cards against landing in 87% of their matches & over 2.5 team cards against in 61%, despite Frankfurt averaging 1.79 their opponents team cards against over 2.5 in only 26% from their league games, 5 of Frankfurts last 7 Europa league games they’ve picked up over 1.5 team cards in the 2nd half which is what the ‘✅’ represents beside each of the most recent listed Europe league games, a card aggregate of 21 team cards for Frankfurt to 13 against them.

Priced 44th down the list on Bet 365 in player bookings is a player named ‘Evan N’Dicka’ he’s recently had transfer rumours with Man United, anyhow why does he look decent value for possibility of picking up a potential card in this final?1st of all he’s priced 12/5 (3.40) with Sky bet traders, 12th down their player bookings list, anyhow the 22 year old Centre back has picked up a card in 4 of his 10 Europa league games this season (40%) 3 yellows & 1 red, most recently in the 1st half 2nd leg vs West Ham, & the 2nd leg vs Barcelona he received a Yellow & red card late on in the match which I attended, in my opinion the traders are looking more at his league card average which is low with only 3 yellows in 32 games this season, however last season he received 10 yellows in the 23 games he featured, (43.47%). He’s 6’4 and has been renoun for getting stuck into challenges in this Europa league campaign, averaging 1.8 tackles per game in the league this season.

He had fended off a couple of these rivals last time out and I don’t see any reason for that result to be overturned. He never took to hurdling but quickly has opened his account over fences with a good win last time out. I think he’s still about 5lbs ahead of the handicapper even after a 6lb rise and he stayed on very strongly so this step up in trip looks sure to suit. I’m a starman has good hurdle form but doesn’t look the chasing type, he ran over fences once and was tailed off and his pedigree doesn’t suggest he will appreciate the bigger obstacles, he also has to concede weight to the selection which looks a tough ask. Air valley lad had some decent form at the start of the year but has had two very poor runs of late and doesn’t look to have as much scope as the selection. I think the selection is well handicapped and on paper conditions today will suit to a tee and is in great form.

He had a much improved recent run producing by far the best numbers so far and I’m surprised he’s not odds on. Just a length off to furnace creek rated 90 and he has some stylish pedigree on his side. That recent second I have roughly 9lbs better than anything else and he looks an improving sort for a trainer who’s able to train them. I’m expecting a good run.
