Harry’s Horse Tips, Sunday Horse/ Thread 🏇 (HORSE RELATED ONLY) - PLEASE READ FULL (Patreon)

This is more of a discussion and people’s opinion/verdict be sensible with your stakes following other Members, remember you guys are on here to follow my tips, this is more of a chat, and if your not somewhat educated with horse racing please don’t just pick out random horses for the sake of it.

Harry had a personal event he attended last night so he may not have any tips today, but said he’ll have a look through todays card and if he fancies 1 or 2 he’ll send on & I’ll edit into this post with a notification.

2:20- Carlisle:

I have this between the top two in the betting. Pitempton power has taken well to fences with a couple of wins but doesn’t seem to be progressing, over his last few runs I have him correctly running to a mark of 112 without looking to get any better whereas I have Geromino running to a rating of 135 over hurdles where he should progresss over fences too and be able to concede 19lbs, he has also had a busy start to the year and my preference is for Geromino. He had some impressive runs at the end of last year when progressing nicely over hurdles, he then had one poor run and got wind surgery where he went on to run a cracking race in a very hot handicap when just not lasting up the Cheltenham hill, with that run under his belt and a few weeks off to get himself right I think he’ll make a successful debut over fences, his pedigree suggest fences will suit and overall he looks a more progressive horse with bundles of ability to concede weight. I also don’t think the ground will suit pitempton power as he wants a small cut in the ground and I feel as though today might be too quick for him.

2:10- DownPatrick:

The flier begley doesn’t look all that progressive and ran a stinker of a race last time out, with stable not in form I’d be tentative to back him. Vinnie is busy and Winding river are closely matched by John cannon with Vinnie is busy coming out on top. My preference is for Vinnie is busy, he had a great 4th in a bumper behind Stattler, Farouk D’Alene and fire attack back in 2020, he had a long layoff before running a good 4th in Fairyhouse last time against some good opponents. With that race under his belt he should strip fitter and looks by far the class horse in the race.
