Aston Villa have lost 4 matches in a row by scorelines of 4-1, 3-1, 3-2, 2-1 (average of 3 goals conceded per match)

I can see them struggling again away from home tonight, as they are without Danny Ings through illness, Ezri Konsa their starting centre back received a red card in their last match vs West Ham and will also miss out for through suspension, Douglas Luiz will also not feature for Villa because of a thigh injury.

A strange statistic but thought I’d mention, Villa have failed to win each of their last 13 top flight away matches games on a Friday (3 Draws & Lost 10) Southampton well supported in the exchange and on paper expect to capitalise on a weak Villa side lacking consistency and recent form.

Won twice over hurdles last season and he made a good start over fences when landing a Sedgefield handicap (2m1f, good to soft) on his return last month; up 4lb in weight but that was a personal best last time and looks capable of further progress, well supported in the exchange is a positive factor also, Trainer and jockey Sean Quinlan in good form.

Few horse 2nd’s lately which is frustrating however if you prefer a safer approach ‘to be placed’ means to finish in top 3 however the odds are shorter, Decent racing on tomorrow and have my eye on 2 or 3 currently, I’ve also been informed about info from a syndicate in a Irish race next week which I’ll have posted the night before and likely advise a few points.
