2 horses fancies yesterday were disappointing, over the past few months my horse fancies have been an extremely high win strike rate in comparison to majority of pundits, just because I fancy a horse or get info doesn’t mean it’s always going to win don’t be delusional, stick with the staking plan.

Expect to see goals tonight in this match, last Friday Athlone seen a 4-4 draw with Wexford, Wexford this season are the worst team in the league who sit rock bottom on 4 points after 14 matches, the match seen 5 goals scored within the last 15 mins, 9 of the last 10 h2h matches between Cabinteely & Athlone within the past 4 years, over 2.5 goals & both teams to score landed in 8 out of the last 10. Over 3.5 goals landing in 6 of the last 8 h2h meetings. Over 3.5 is priced at 15/8 (2.88) for anyone who fancies taking the better odds at higher risk. My only doubt would be the drift in the exchange market this morning, but expect odds to shorten closer to kick off.

Good profit Won on Drogheda last Friday advising them as large stake bet @ 5/4 (2.25) & won comfortably 3-1, as many of you know I also travelled the match with a limited crowd, was very impressed with their performance overall, created many chances throughout the match and another day could of scored 4 or 5+, they come against a Longford side tomorrow who are really struggling this season they have lost 12 of their last 17 matches and drawing 5 of them. (Winless in 18) Drogheda played Longford at Home May 24th & Won 4-0 & then April 10th in Longford & won 4-1,

The match tomorrow is will be played in Longford, which is my only slight doubt, but with a limited crowd it isn’t much of an advantage, Longford sit bottom of the table with just 9 points in 19 matches, while Drogheda are 5th & joint highest scoring team this season with 33 goals in 19 matches, average of 1.73 team goals per match. Fully fit Drogheda squad travelling tomorrow is another positive on paper.

Yard really fancy this horses chances today,

what puts me off advising points is I’m personally not a big fan of the jockey on board Jamie spencer, this Horse won 6f Maiden last November on sole 2 year old start and has run highly creditably in some top 3 year old races this year, (7f/1m, soft-good to firm) finishing 3rd in the Jerseys stakes last month at Ascot, slight doubt about the return to 6f, but her form is up there with the best of these & she’s progressive.

Progressive horse this summer, flew home in a handicap hurdle at Limerick in May before narrowly falling under a mandatory penalty at punchestown 4 days later, not been out since then. 4lb higher mark, ground suits today & Trainer Paul Nolan has seen good stable form recently, BJ Cooper on board, good pilot.

‘Fancies’ are selections I’d be less confident on paper in comparison to my point advised stake bets, so recommend no more than 1-2 points (1-2%) of balance per fancy.
