Fast improving 3 year old who is 3/3 over hurdles, winning grade 2 at ascot 1 mile 7f & Kelso 2m2f scored comfortably bred to be suited by this longer distance, top rated.


Minella drama each way 12/1 2nd

Solid performer with a career record of 2221121, most recently winning listed event at Market Rasen where he was attempting 2 miles 4f for the 1st time & fitted with hood, same distance today.


3:00 Shishkin 1/8 1st

not even worth backing at them odds IMO, unlikely to be beaten.


3:35 Thyme Hill 5/2 1st

Fav looks strong, good jumper unlucky 4th in last seasons Albert Bartlett and beat Paisley park, missed Cheltenham with minor injury, well fancied.


Lisnagar Oscar 11/1 each way

Won last years stayers hurdle at Cheltenham at 50/1, drying ground may not be ideal, close 2nd in Haydock grade 2 3m, soft and the king straight could play to his strengths, Blackmore on board.


4:15 Snow Leopardess 10/1 each way


Prefers softer ground but ran respective on unfavourable terms over 3m 6f at Cheltenham last month over good to soft not ruled out over this more suitable level.

was 33/1 last night now backed into 20/1, 50/1 last week well supported in the market,

Won good 3 miles handicap at kempton in February. Finished a good 3rd in the same race 6 weeks ago.

Track and ground conditions suits.


Minella Times 10/1 each way 1st

Rachel Blackmore on board, good jumper 2nd in valuable handicaps over 3 miles.

Likes softer ground but decent chance on paper.


Burrows saint 10/1 each way 4th

3/3 on good ground, won 3mile 5f Irish national in 2019, Willie Mullins son Patrick on board.

Came 2nd to Acapella Bourgeois at Fairyhouse 6 weeks ago.


Alpha des o beaux 80/1 each way

good 3rd in the becher here over 3 miles 2f in December 2019, big revival when finishing 4th in last months cross country at Cheltenham 3 miles 6f.

Successful debut under rules when pushed out on heavy ground at Wexford, trainer likes this race, Willie Mullins son on board.


Fruit N Nut 28/1 each way

Backed in from 40s, Brian Hughes on board likes softer ground, wide open race may get a place.
