His 1st match isn’t until tomorrow/Thursday and has a favourable Draw, no other big names in top 16 of world rankings have traveled for this tournament closest to him is Christian Garín world number 22.

Outright Odds currently suspended on this tournament inplay but he doesn’t play his 1st match until tomorrow so expect odds to be available either later tonight or early morning before his match at 10am, the world number 3 is incredible form coming into this, before meeting Djokovic in the final of the Australia open last month Medvedev was on a 19 match winning streak which included Wins against Djokovic, Nadal, Thiem, Schwartzman, Rublev & Zverev, majority of them Wins were comfortable to, with no Djokovic, Thiem, Nadal travelling to Rotterdam it looks very likely that Medvedev will continue his form on the ATP circuit and will be looking to win 3 ATP events in a row on hard court, he will likely meet Zverev in the semi finals who he’s beat all 3 of their last 3 h2h’s over the last 3 months, can’t see Rublev causing any problems for him either as he thrashed him 3-0 last month at the Australia open and has won all of their last 5 h2h matches without dropping a single set.
