Zenofae Gene Update (Patreon)

I've just uploaded a digital preview for the Command Tier to review.  It's still requires more work, but I think it would be a good evaluation to make sure there are no obvious issues.

I got a new job last week and with that job came a lot of new responsibilities and a learning curve.  Though the update is taking a little longer than expected I'm nearing completion so I'm continuing to use what free time I have to give you Zenofae Gene- Digital by the end of the month so I can move on to adding new content (finally!).
