Patreon Update - October 2022 (Patreon)

Hi Rerez Patrons! We’re here with a late October update.

We hope everyone enjoyed the Just Bad Games Worst Racing Games special. Did you find a new favorite character? A few Rerez studio favs are definitely the Big Rigs ghost and balloon rat. I think we’ve watched those sequences 100 times!

That racing episode was in the works on and off since last year. It took a long time to come together and it’s amazing to think it’s finally done!

And now we’re already onto the next project. We’re recording the VO right now for our next Just Bad episode. We aren’t going to reveal the game title, Shane wants to keep everyone in the dark for now. But it’s going to be a fun one for sure.

Writing this script became more time intensive than anticipated so we’re still work in progress on Worst Ever. But by the end of the year we intend to have that episode out as well as at least one, maybe two, more Just Bad Games. And then early 2023 we have the closing of Google Stadia to prepare for. So no shortage of work coming up.

And then there’s our new podcast project Next Game. Thanks to everyone who gave their feedback on our Duck Hunt 2 test episode. We’ve already made all the changes we wanted to and tightened the format up with a new, official episode 1 of Next Game. The show might not officially launch until the new year but we are going to slowly bank episodes in between our Rerez projects. We see a lot of potential with this show and are looking forward to sharing the final product with all of you.
