Fran training some poledancing, suggested by Valorel (and Ara too, but that one I will do another time :D)
Yesterday was a busy busy day with a 100% of baby casue my husband had to drive 6 hours with his friend to get us a new car. He crashed the old one a couple weeks ago and so... well. Unexpected expenses yay! \o/

Anyway, Fran showing off her legs and bendy ears :D
I can almost feel the pain as I watch this pose. I used to poledance for a year before getting pregnant. It hurts like bloody hell and leaves bruises all over your body! But damn, does it look good :)

I wonder if it would hurt less for furs because they have a bit of insulation. Then again, might make it more slippery. My snep character Alex dances too. Any suggestions for when I write about her doing it?

I think in reality the fur would be a great problem, exactly casue of being so slippery! Once you get sweaty its also impossible to climb that pole, so we use a special climbing powder (same as the ones used by mountain climbers) to make our hands dry :) It really destroys the hands haha. What kind of suggestions would you be looking for? :) Generally it's very difficult to do any pose and even more difficult to stay at it for a while. You need to have arms of steel, becasue most of the balance is in the arms, especially while getting into a pose. The pole pulls on your skin while you hold on it and it hurts like hell, I tell you! It leaves large bruising on your entire legs, especially the inside of the thighs as the skin is most delicate there. After a session your arms are so exhausted, they often shake but it gives you a wild kind of satisfaction if you can pull a difficult pose off! :) I also imagine furs could possibly wear special leather garments (tight to the skin, latex like) on legs and arms to make it possible to stick to the poles without sliding off!
