Status Update - April 2021 (Patreon)

Hello again to all my beautiful and amazing patrons! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

With the last chapter of A Date With Faet now posted, it's time to talk about what's coming up & what i've been working on.

First up is Mara (& Lily & Melissa) - Their first story is nearly over now, but I've already finished writing their sequel, and Mara part 3 is well underway too. So for those who are enjoying that storyline, the good news is there's lots more Mara to come! ^^

In the meantime, the 'ADWF time slot' will be taken up by a brand-new story. Some of you will remember a work-in-progress preview I shared about 6 weeks back. Those 2 chapters became the prologue for a new story, which will start posting on Monday. 

It's a bit of a departure from the kinds of things I've been writing lately. MotM was kind of fluffy & very trans-feels, Mara is sort of irreverent and silly while also being a bit dramatic at times. And I have no idea how to classify Faet. That went from fluffy & fun to massive saga & political intrigue. 

Anyways this new story is maybe best described as a supernatural mystery. Its two protagonists are both trans girls, there's a little magic but not much, and its a little darker over-all, but hopefully you'll give it a chance. I think it's a compelling story, even if it's a bit of a rough ride in spots.

Finally - for those of you who really loved Faet, a bit more news about that series. It sort of boils down to:

me 48hours ago: my muse has been pulling me in other directions
my muse, 47 hours ago: hey how about more faet!!!!

In other words, yeah. In the last 2 days since posting the epliogue & notes, I've written over 12,000 words of additional ADWF content. No ETA on when it'll be posted, I'm just letting you all know it's in the works so it'll be coming along when it's ready.

tl;dr version: no chapter today; more Mara tomorrow; new story on Monday; more Faet coming later.
