Greetings. I selected a gold pledge on October the 5, and at the billing I selected that I don't need reward through mail. I connected my FBC account to my Patreon, and it says taht it's connected, and I still don't have my reward, what is the problem? PS: By the way at my FBC account I selected Help and wrote my problem, but when I clicked on support History it opened a new window where it says that the support site can not be reached.

Hello, If you select "i don't need reward through mail" then it will delete the information from our end thus our system can't process the pledge by using it as billing information. You can fix this by going to www.patreon.com/pledges > edit and go trough the tabs making sure everything is filled and that the box is unchecked. Did you click the link below the contact form on our site that resulted that the site can't be reached? Its something we are working on to fix. The contact form should work fine. Hope this helps.

We use the shipping address fields as billing address so we can create the invoice for the payment. Patreon does not provide us with the original billing address fields which we need for that.
