Hello, I have rechecked and your reward has been synced. It takes a bit for our system to sync and should work if all requirements have been met.

Based on the information at Patreon you have opted out from your reward. To opt in again please go to www.patreon.com/pledges > edit and enter your billing information and resave. Please only use English Latin letters and do not use special characters such as but not limited to ä ë.

I, too, am having problems getting my VIP island pass. I've connected my account 5 times but it never comes in. There's a part that asks for a 16 digit code, but I can't find any record of ever having received one and I had my silver island pass just fine before.

Hello, Based on our system your reward(s) have been syncing in just fine. The last one from May was synced in on 2021-05-20 18:01:42. If you can't find it then please contact us by email at support@furrybeachclub.com and our developer will run a full account investigation.

Yes, because after about a week of the system failing I managed to get it going. If you have a guide for this, I dunno why it isn't pinned to the top of your page.

Glad to hear you managed to solve the issue. There should be a animated guide link on every pledge and some additional information in our FAQ at the bottom of the page. I will discuss with our team to see if we can make it more clear by adding something on top of our page :)

Thanks. Apparently it was because my account wasn't in USD and it has to be for synchronization to work.

Hello, Based on our information you have opted out from the reward (since you did not fill the required information as stated in the connection guide on the pledge). You can fix it by making sure that your currency at the bottom of Patreon is set to USD and then by entering your billing information via www.patreon.com/pledges > edit (in the shipping fields). Please avoid using special or non English characters in the information. This should allow your reward to sync in.

Heyaa i did the same , bought my silver membership yesterday,but i didnt recieved any rewards. In the game it says my patreon is connected but i still dont have any rewards. Im pretty sure i set everything righ in those billing things ane currrency thing.

Hello, It looks that earlier you had your currency set to GBP instead of the needed USD. If you recently changed that then please make sure to resave your pledge via www.patreon.com/pledges after it is set to USD. If that doesn't fix things then please shoot us a private message or email and we will look into it.
