Can you recheck? For recurring memberships rewards are delivered on the 6th of the month. If you still can't find it then please do shoot us a private message/email about it and we will help to resolve it.

Hello, Your reward should arrive on the 6th during midnight as our system first needs to process all recurring pledges. We hope to be able to speed things up via own new platform in the future.

I purchase the $2.50 Persona 2 patreon for 25 coins but it did not give me the 25 coins when I signed up

Coins should come in each month on the 6th unless it's your first pledge. It looks however based on our information that you did not provide billing information and canceled your pledge. In order to get the reward your pledge must be active and you need to follow the guide as posted in the description of every pledge box. To sum it up: - Make sure your currency is set to USD at the bottom of Patreon. - Go to www.patreon.com/pledges > edit - Enter your billing information in the shipping fields (do not use special characters such as ä ë). - If there is a box that asks if you want to opt out, do NOT opt opt. Leave it unchecked. - Next go to the game's Main Menu and click My Account -> Providers and connect your Patreon account. Your reward should now come in within 60 minutes. Hope this helps.
