Hello club members!

I still haven't gotten my rewards for this month. I'm not sure what time zone it is based on but it says for months after I will receive rewards on the 6th, but I still don't see them in game. I'm not sure what to do from here or who to contact, so I apologize for doing so in the comments.

Hello, Looks like you might not have followed the connection guide as shown on the pledges as you opted out for the reward. To fix this, go to www.patreon.com/pledges and edit your pledge. Include your billing address information in the shipping fields and do not check opt out. We won't send you anything by postal service but need to use the shipping fields as Patreon is not providing us with billing address information. Once its saved and you connected your Patreon account to the game (as shown in the connection guide): In Game > My Account -> Providers -> Patreon. Then your reward should sync within 15 minutes. Hope this helps.

The connected Patreon account is only used to deliver the reward. When rewards are delivered the game account which has the patreon account connected will get the reward. If you connect it later the same applies. You won't lose any progress or anything.

I made an account on Furry Beach club and linked my patreon on it. However I never got my reward. I have currently the gold tier right now.

Hello, Patreon says that you opted out for the reward. To fix this head to www.patreon.com/pledges and edit your pledge. Enter the required address information and make sure to untick the opt out option. Once that is done and you have your account linked then the reward should arrive in about 30 minutes. Hope this helps.
