November '18 SFW Voting (Patreon)

This is the second month of running polls based on prompts rather than characters, and last month was a big success. I like the wiggle room and I getting the additional comments from you all in regards to other ideas to toss in the rotation in the future! There may be more tweaks in the future, but I think this was a good move in the right direction. So let's get down to business, eh?
