Yuuri has been apart from the listener for some time now, and after falling out of touch, he gives them a call that goes to voicemail. Perhaps he's calling an old friend, a former lover, or someone simply dear to his heart. 

The general message is "Keep fighting!", to keep your dreams in sight and even if the world wants to see you fail, hang on a little longer and everything will sort itself out if you can tap into that determination that has carried you this far. 

This idea spawned from the fact that Yuuri doesn't get a TON of love like he used to, and that many listeners may have "fallen out of touch" with Yuuri as portrayed by me. That, and this is something that I needed to hear myself. Sometimes it can feel like you're adrift and have lost sight of where you're trying to make it to, and you need a swift kick in the ass to get yourself into gear.
