Trust is a funny thing. Yuuri Katsuki is bloodied and beaten, shaken from finding himself in the gentle hands of the police before being sprung by Victor Nikiforov. This wasn’t how it was supposed to go down, or, that’s what Yuuri thought. 

The confrontation is tense. Yuuri is shaken up, but more than anything, he’s pissed. Victor plays coy, as though he doesn’t quite understand why Yuuri is so upset. Sitting together in the back of Victor’s car, Yuuri finds himself too exhausted to continue chewing his Russian associate out…then things take a turn.
