Hayami tends to sit down and review company statistics with her employees, but this is different.
Once in a long while Hayami conducts a Full Scale Business Skill Review.
She will shrink everyone in the company and let them live in a miniature city to see if it can help improve the way her employees work and live.

During this review Hayami had almost all the information she need but she couldn't confirm it. During this specific review she was different, giving this specific employee  a more... they call it "once in a life time" view.
