I think at this point Mutsumi would be so mad and frustrated he might verbally lash out. He might say. Well if you are not going to change me back ever, then grant me a wish that i was never borned. OR Fine! Since you will not reverse the spell, then make me fully a girl and make me not their sister and put me in a city where you and they cannot find me. It seems like this is where the story should head.

yeah definitely need i moment of mutsumi snapping and pointing out how this punishment is ridiculous because who in there right mind wold ever believe a complete stranger claiming to have magic powers, is she sorry for being so rude about it yes does she deserve THIS for doubting something no one else would honestly believe hell no. would be good for her to find the notebook recording each wish so she can give each of the sisters a go for not just for not helping bt actively making it worse.
