Release 9 Version 3.0 (Patreon)

And you thought I'd only release one version in April!  No, I made it with a second one, just about!  And wow this is a big one.  I've done a lot of testing and it seems relatively stable but I'd also be thoroughly unsurprised if I'm uploading a hotfix tomorrow.  Anyway, here you all go!
