i know it's not Halloween yet but theres nothing wrong with celebrating a bit early :D man its such a great refresher again taking my time with just 1 picture compared to keeping track of multiple panels and such x) this was definitely such a blast to do honestly. Had difficulty when rendering the knee pointing a bit forward since it had to do with a bit more perspective when it came down to the lighting and understanding the muscle anatomy. and as usual, i know i don't have it 100% down but i'm glad to have got it done! another "new" thing i tried doing was adding a sweat sheen (specifically on the man) with a speckled like brush to create a sense of skin texture. The challenge there for me was trying to keep it from becoming "glitter" and trying to keep it from just being bland, blobby shine marks.

starting to get used to adding subtle veins on the body as well as body hair! trying to mix all these features/aspects of making a male look completely robust, rough, etc. when having contrast with the light, soft, female characters in my pieces. One last thing, i noticed again just in the sense of color palette that it was pretty bland so i made a small addition in not only upping the saturation to the shading, but creating little blips or texts with some various color in it and maybe can incorporate it with a minimalistic background. of course this is just a small addition and it isnt something insane but i feel "less is more" so to say, and i didn't want to just outlandishly go berserk with color without having a plan for it so i'll start building this up gradually as i make my pieces. welp, Hope you guys have a great upcoming Halloween!
