Raven and Yang Update / T.O.S. / FULL RES AND SAI FILES (Patreon)

I’m creating another announcement to hopefully clarify the issue in detail to provide levity in my miscommunications and missteps on how I approached it, and the details that are needed to be shared for those of you that are unaware. i’m aware in that you can’t access the full resolution pictures and SAI files for the current project of Raven and Yang set. I’m sorry but I’m afraid that they may violate Patreon’s TOS on incest and therefore I’m not posting them here for it resides in quite a gray area. This also goes for future images, image sets, and projects in the future that may potentially reside in conflicting with TOS. I’m also fully well aware that these particular ones are public now through public platforms such as Shadbase, Tumblr, etc. - I'm knowingly and willingly operating within a grey area of Patreon's current rules.

I feel, personally, that when removed from the context of the speech bubbles in the finished piece, the WIPs could possibly stay. I understand arguments that say otherwise, but I hope you understand my position on this. I’ve been contemplating how to approach this for a while now and the thoughts include other future content that may cause conflict in a fluctuant balancing act. I have to consider what I can and can’t do based on TOS to remain on the platform and secure my stay and if disclaimers are enough to justify it to be honest. I need to consider what I’m willing to draw that is still fun to me and at the same time an idea that is enjoyable to you all to be worth your time and money and hopefully align with both our interests as patrons and creator. Lastly, I have to consider how I would execute the image or project to fix with my schedule and allows me for a reasonable time investment based on it’s length, complication, and so forth.

I’m sure you all know every creator on this platform has to deal with this in various degree so I’m not making it out as if I’m the only one experiencing this. However for NSFW artists and creators, it’s a delicate trek to stay afloat and sustainable. Each piece I have to be consciously aware of all of this and for me it’s difficult to come up with something that can satiate everything. hands are tied in a sense, and I'm just trying to give you all as much exclusive content as I can. As for the lack of full-resolution images and SAI files, I can think about uploading them to Shadbase. Patreon tiers that pay for full-resolution and SAI file access will still be getting exclusive access for images that I believe are okay with Patreon.

It is just particular projects or images such as the current one being made needs to exist outside of Patreon as they finalize due to how they may be perceived from TOS. Just to reiterate, please try to understand that some of the things I upload to Shadbase or other public platforms that are not present here are of their own separate thing and simply isn't supported by Patreon when theyre complete. Those projects or images that are posted publicly that are completed and not posted here are absolutely not affiliated with Patreon and are not funded by Patreon. I cannot and will not post notifications directly for those works via Patreon because it is against the terms to share or link it. Those particular works, images, and projects means it's either full-resolution for everybody or full-resolution for nobody. I hope I was able to clarify for those who have been confused by the situation or from my previous miscommunications.
