Hello everyone! Ashamed to say the time this took but if you read my previous mentions of this, it’s pretty much the same yodel from me: simpler image somehow equals to more difficulty due to focusing on 1 aspect with immense attention. I had to readjust the eyes, lips, hair, back muscles, color for the suit over and over and sometimes I would come back in a complete loop or incredibly indecisive on the tiniest change. It’s frustrating to take a “break” from looking at it to reset your eyes and see what’s wrong with it, I just want to know the problems now. Hopefully I fixed it up enough. A lot trivial changes to something that’s pretty unexciting but it was a nice feeling at the same time because it felt like I was going under the microscope of problems I may have been unaware about such as “do I really know how to draw/render this or that?” and then you realize you know nothing of it at all or severely out of touch with what it is.

It’s quite interesting to think about because I’ve contemplated as much as I could on this when I was pondering larger/longer images I’ve created with so much noise going on and those I didn’t feel as stressed. I asked myself “did I rely on noise around it to cover up mistakes” or “was I just willfully blind and had wishful thinking”. It’s an interesting process doing something like this but it’s definitely reassuring that there is a long way to go. In the end, I hope you do all like!
