Westin and Chaz, Crime Bosses that made a name for themselves, and have an established underground HQ in Wyndon.

Both of them, alongside Rudy and Marco was part of a gang that terrorized Wyndon when they were younger (They were also Rudy's former lovers). After the gang was forcibly disbanded when the law caught up with them, Westin and Chaz remained off the radar for several years. 

Eventually, they came back to Wyndon, and saw the crime-ridden areas in disarray without any sort of order. So they seized the opportunity to lay claim of their old territory. Westin and Chaz soon created a lucrative black market for Galarians to buy materials, substances and other things that were otherwise considered illegal in the region of Galar.

They've also got their hands in the pocket of the police, which tend to turn a blind eye to their shady activities. 

Westin speaks for the two, does the business dealings, and their subordinates speak directly to him when it is necessary. Chaz serves as Westin's muscle, and protection. Though just as intelligent as his partner, Westin, he prefers to let Wes to do the talking. Chaz is much more aggressive, and sadistic when it comes to fights, which is why their subordinates prefer to talk to Westin, rather than Chaz, in fear that he my respond poorly.

In their private life, Westin and Chaz are married, and are currently raising their daughter, Lilly. Lilly serves as their moral anchor/compass, and they do their best to keep her away from their illicit business so that she at least have a drama-free childhood. They both love her very much, and are very protective of her.
