Now for some Batinicus info!

Each clan of Batinicus has members specifically tasked to hunt and bring back meat for the rest. Depending on how big the clan is very likely determines the amount of hunters. 

Hunters often pair up once a target has been confirmed, and before the hunt starts. One will remain in humanoid form to utilize weapons, traps, and magic (if it's available) to bring down the prey. The other will remain in Flight Form to serve as a mount, muscle, and sometimes to distract the prey. 

Hunting non-sapient prey like deer, other predators, or weaker humanoids, a pair can usually get the job done. However, hunting dragons, is an extremely dangerous task. The prey is just as intelligent as they are, stronger, has a breath weapon, and larger than the Batinicus. So when hunting dragons, they utilize the pack strategy, cutting off the dragon's escape, getting small hits in, then backing out, and overwhelming it with numbers.

It is not uncommon for a matron to accompany a dragon hunt to ensure the dragon doesn't escape, and is brought down.
