Payment Issue (Patreon)

Uuh, we may have a problem on terms of payment. I thought the paypal option was supposed to be turned off for adult Patreons, but people are saying it's the only payment method given to them. Unfortunately, paypal doesn't allow the purchasing of adult material. So I have to figure out how to make the payment credit card based or something. I'm trying to find a viable solution to those that can only pay with paypal, as I don't want to lose Patrons for unable to utilize other payment methods.
