Funnily enough the guy who played Manson in this episode also played him in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. He's really cornered the market on Charles Manson portrayals.

I don't think I can answer that question because I love season 2 just as much as season 1. And honestly I didn't even know people didn't like this season as much. Maybe they missed Ed Kemper.

I haven't watched this reaction yet because I'm a few behind, so you may have addressed it in this video, apologies if you did. If you didn't, just have to say that the guy who plays Charles Manson is none other than Dewey Crowe from Justified. The actor is also Australian.

Just When I Thought I Was Out...

I thought this season was more acclaimed and talked about but what do I know. This season did have some higher profile directors, like Andrew Dominik for this one. I guess season 1 had the Holden arch specifically which is great, and a fantastic finale, but I agree with you the Bill personal stuff is far more interesting. I also just like the scale of this season a lot more, bigger in multiple ways. Also Dewey Crowe.
