Green Room is already slotted because it tied in the poll last month for the final slot. Probably gonna watch Everything Everywhere All at Once & The Grandmaster for the 2 DC slots.

What else?

Unbeheld

Am I dreaming... or did I see a long shot get a DC. One more down the bucket list. Also Jimmy try to get the CN edit for the Grandmaster, it's the longest version clocking at 130min and will make a lot more sense than the edited one which is a mess in terms of the story line. Here's my selection: *The Abyss* - 1989 Director's Cut. (Ed Harris+James Cameron=Epic) *The Outlaws* 2017 - (KR Gangster movie based on real events, led by Don Lee) *Election* - (Reese Wheatherspoon +Matthew Broderick=hilarious) *Contact* -1997 (Jodie Foster + Matthew Mcconaughey= OG Interstellar) *New World*- 2013 (Best KR gangster movie with all star cast) *Rounders* - (Matt Damon+Edward Norton+John Turturro+poker = Competency porn) *Source Code* (Jake Gyllenhall + sci fi = Amazing) *Avatar* - (James Cameron+200M = great movie. Haters will cry about how it's just rehashed ideas which is hilarious since everything is recycled from something in Hollywood most of the time. Besides the visuals, it's actually a good movie, plus we're apparently getting 3 more soon so might as well see why people are so divided on the franchise). *Planet B-Boy* - 2007 (Stumbled on to this documentary recently, it's a world dance competition for various b-boys crews all around the world that is still going on to this day. Unlike those dancing reality TV shows, this is the equivalent of an Olympic level event with qualifiers from several different countries, just fascinating). Copying my recs and deleting the ones you watch, sooner or later it'll all be removed hopefully.

Am I the only person on earth who didn't like Everything Everywhere Whatever?! Seriously, people be going CRAZY over that movie!

Uncle 'Traveling' Matt

I never thought to describe Rounders as competency porn... but you're kinda right with that one. Yeah, I think Jimmy would dig it, for sure!

I'm with you actually. I just liked it ok but I couldn't stand the daughter and the incredibly long, dull, sentimental monologues. I don't hate it but it's very far from the best movies I've ever seen for me.

Uncle 'Traveling' Matt

Fair play. Yeah, I certainly wouldn't say I hated it. It just didn't grab me the way it seems to for most others.

Constantine

How about Spy Game. Good spy movie with Redford and Brad Pitt.

Daniel Lopez

25th hour - Ed Norton, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Brian Cox. Directed by Spike Lee.... Blow - Johnny Depp and cocaine.... Sleepers - Brad Pitt, Robert DeNiro. Somewhat of a heavy topic, but awesome cast. Good movie.

Jereco

Probably an unlikely pick to get any support, but: "Brick" directed by Rian Johnson.

Nova Lena

Joy Luck Club (1993) The Taking of Pelham 123 (1974) Bound (1996) F/X (1986) The Gentlemen (2019) The Last Seduction (1994) A League of Their Own (1992) Presumed Innocent (1990)

Wait is no one going to mention Everything Everywhere all at Once? lol I’d consider it a “must see” and absolutely a contender for movie of the year

I auditioned to play one of the kids in Sleepers back when I thought I could be an actor! They said I was too fat=) But with nicer wording.
